Hi, I have just bought my first Benz, a Japanese import E300TDT wagon, 124193 / 603960 and am happily gathering all the info I can find. I promise I will not ask which oil to use! First job is to replace the glowplugs and am about to fit Bosch 0001598301 unless someone convinces me the Beru is worth the extra cost ($14 v $32).
I have also ordered the rear suspension accumulators, and will shortly be ordering the rear tailgate struts, so the job list is significant. Only 150K on this car, and rust free, so I expect to be happily tinkering with it for many years!
