Idle rough - Whats next?

1988 560SEC
Symptom:  Idle rough when duty cycle set anywhere near 50%.
When I enrichen off the scale, it starts to smooth out - but way too rich.

Idle fluctuates about 50 rpm in direct correlation to the Lambda fluctuation.

Have done the following:
Plugs (BP7ES @ .041), Rotors, Wires, Cap. Timing is 11BTDC at idle.
Pumps, Filter, Accumulator, New injectors, insulators, seals, air logs.
New Idle Control Valve and all air distribution lines.
Vacuum is pegged full good vacuum.
New O2 sensor.
Fuel Pressure 6.4 / 6.1
Plenty of clean "Supreme" Chevron Fuel.
Removed injectors again, verified all was correct and reinstalled.

What next?
Fuel Distributor?
Seems directly related to fuel flow and uneven distribution.
That or the brand new Bosch injectors are junk?

Update from self...

I pulled the fuel dizzy, removed the EHA and thoroughly cleaned the unit as best I could without opening it up.  Put on new o-rings and reinstalled.

To my slight surprise the car runs a TON better.  I can now lean into the normal range and the engine still runs.

Something was (or still is) amiss in that dizzy, but for today it is a LOT better.
Problem comes up again I will just buy a replacement.
