Misfire Codes
« on: June 10, 2010, 12:20:39 PM »
My car has 80,000 miles and just this week I'm having the only trouble I've ever had with the car.  It felt like a bad plug.  I went out and bought a OBD2 reader and found I was having PO303 and PO308 codes.  I'm still not sure of how MB numbers the cylinders in a v12.  Can someone tell me if while looking into the engine compartment the RT side bank (drivers side) is 1,2,3,4,5,6 bank and the LT side 7,8,9,10,11,12?  I did change the plugs in those cylinders and deleted the codes to turn off the CE light but after a short ride the light did come back on and I pulled the plugs which don't appear to be firing.

Does anyone know of the best place to get a manual for this car at a reasonable price?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve
