i drove into a speedbump and i guess this part got broken at the impact

heres pictures of the broken one and the ok-one on the otherside

any suggestions of what to look for?

The bar is called a sway bar; it's part of your suspension system.  The bushings (round rubber part going around the sway bar) look pretty old.  I would replace them both.  The clamps holding the bushing to the bar look ok, but the bracket that holds the clamp to the car has sheared off.  That notch should be a bolt hole.  You can see where the metal is not rusty, that's where it sheared off.  You'll need to replace that for sure, I would suggest before you drive the car.
