Cup Holder Problem

Howdy,
I just bought an E320 from Arizona, luvin it, but had a few questions for you MB Experts.
1) Where would be the best place to buy duplicate Keys?  MB Honolulu wants $375/per.
If thats the price then so be it.
2) Will the MB iPod Intergration Cables allow direct interaction to my sterring wheel?
3) My Cup Holder wont pop up or open.  I press the open button, but no luck popping up.
4) Also, cant find a way to control switching a CD to anther CD.  I can switch between tracks, but not between CD's?
Any help would be appreciated.
