"Go to first unread post" seems to be missing on my version of GSMPDF

Not that it's really an issue here (yet) but I miss the "Go to first unread post" link at the top of the first post in a thread. Only works sometimes at other places but when it does, it's technology at its finest.
I exaggerate.

Not an option if <<previous next>> is used for navigation.

I can remove <<previous next>> (it's an option). Problem solved, eh? ;D
